Makeup lessons are offered as a courtesy and are based on teacher availability. It is the client's responsibility to keep track of and schedule their own makeup lessons. We do not offer refunds or discounts to clients who have too many scheduling conflicts or clients who have neglected to schedule their makeup lessons.
While we do our best to ensure that every teacher has a reasonable number of afternoon and evening time slots available, we are unable to guarantee makeup lessons.
If you are having difficulty finding a time to schedule your makeup lessons, remember to check the makeup scheduling page regularly, because time slots open up often because of cancellations. Keep in mind, makeup lesson credits do not expire as long as you remain a member of our program.
