Makeup lessons are offered as a courtesy and are based on teacher availability. It is the client's responsibility to keep track of and schedule their own makeup lessons. We do not offer refunds or discounts to clients who have too many scheduling conflicts or clients who have neglected to schedule their makeup lessons.
While we do our best to ensure that every teacher has a reasonable number of afternoon and evening time slots available, we are unable to guarantee makeup lessons.
Most of our students find our monthly program is the most flexible option for them, but if you are running into extreme scheduling conflicts that prevent you from taking advantage of your makeup lessons, you may want to look into our "A La Carte" program.
