Students will receive a makeup credit for any lesson that is cancelled before 10 AM. If you are unsure of how many makeups you are owed, we encourage you to check your email and texts to us to see how many lessons you have cancelled with us.
Clients are responsible for keeping track of their makeup credits and scheduling their own makeup lessons through the student portal section of our website.
If you unable to find any records of cancelled lessons, you may reach out to our school administrator at admin@nolaschoolofmusic.com.
