As long as you cancel your lesson with us by 7:00 PM on the day before the lesson, you will be eligible for a makeup lesson. We don’t offer makeup lessons for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, as we do need to respect our teacher's time.
If your teacher cancels a lesson, we will either arrange for a substitute teacher to come to the lesson, or offer you a makeup lesson credit.
We do not offer makeup lessons for dates when the school is closed for a holiday. To view our holiday schedule, visit nolaschoolofmusic.com/calendar.
Note: Makeup lessons are only available to current members of our monthly program, so if you quit our monthly program you forfeit any remaining makeup lesson credits.
